Install before you fly.
Three moments: buying, installing and activating are different steps. Everything happens in the mobile app — this website doesn't sell plans or install eSIMs.
Buy
Pick a destination and a data plan, then pay once in the app.
Install
On Wi-Fi before you fly, by QR code or activation code. Nothing is used yet.
Activate
Switch on when you land. Your days start then, when the eSIM first connects in your destination.
Plan purchase and eSIM installation aren't live yet. They'll be available in the app at launch.

Contact supportWhat is an eSIM?
An eSIM is a SIM built into your phone. Instead of inserting a plastic card, you download a mobile plan profile — usually by scanning a QR code or entering an activation code.
Does my phone support eSIM?
Many recent iPhone and Android models support eSIM, but not all do, and support can vary by model and region. Your phone must also be unlocked to use another provider's eSIM. Check your phone's settings or the manufacturer's website before buying.
When does my plan start?
At activation — when the eSIM first connects to a network in your destination. Installing early on Wi-Fi doesn't use up your plan. If a plan works differently, the app will tell you before you buy.
Can I keep WhatsApp on my number?
Yes. WhatsApp is tied to your number, not your data line. Keep your home SIM on for calls and SMS and use DRIN for data. To avoid charges from your home carrier, check its roaming settings.
Do plans include calls, texts or a phone number?
No. Plans are data-only. You can still use internet-based calling and messaging apps over your data connection.
How does activation work?
After installing the eSIM, you set it as your mobile data line in your phone's settings. Some plans need data roaming switched on for that line. The exact steps come with your plan.
Can I get a refund?
If your eSIM can't be installed or doesn't work in a covered destination because of a problem on our side or our supplier's, and we can't fix it, you're entitled to a refund. See our Terms for details.
Where will I find installation instructions?
In the app, with each plan you buy. Plan purchases aren't available yet.
